Terms of use
Last updated: (to be confirmed)
These terms apply to One On Us, run by (to be confirmed), (to be confirmed). By using the app or the business dashboard you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
For customers
- Rewards are offered and honoured by each business, not by us. A business can change or end its rewards, and if it leaves One On Us, its cards and unused rewards end too.
- Only log visits you actually make. Rewards obtained by faking visits, sharing codes or misusing the app can be refused, and we may remove the cards involved.
- Rewards have no cash value unless the business says otherwise.
For businesses
- You're responsible for the rewards you offer and for honouring them for customers who unlock them, and for what you post in notices and upload as images.
- Keep your login details safe, including on any device showing your counter display.
- Don't post anything unlawful, misleading or offensive, or anything you don't have the right to use. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
- Customer data you see on the dashboard must only be used to run your loyalty program, in line with data protection law.
- Subscription: the price shown when you sign up (currently £14.99 a month). New businesses pay £1 for their first 60 days, then the monthly price from day 61 unless they cancel first; we email a reminder a week before. You can cancel at any time. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
The service
We work hard to keep One On Us running, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Our total liability to a business is limited to the fees it paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using One On Us and delete your data at any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. Questions: hello@oneonus.co.uk.
